Reputable consumer services organisation requires a Team Leader to lead on a relocation project ensuring an efficient and effective process is undertaken within the agreed time frames Key responsibilities include: Leading and reporting on a key relocation project Oversee and assign responsibilities to HR Consultants Co ordinate and conduct the consultation process in line with legislation and best practice Manage the employee representation process Preparation of communication materials Hiring suitable candidates to meet longer term business needs In return you will have experience of overseeing a similar project involving employee consultation and recruitment. Ideally you will have managed a small team ensuring key deliverables were achieved.
