Regional HR Advisor- Huge Global Company- Middlesex Base - £35-40k
My clients, a leader in their field, are seeking a Regional HR Consultant to join the team at their Middlesex office.
You will operate as a business focused pro-active HR professional working in partnership with your business units to deliver a best -in-class HR practice.
Reporting to the Head of HR, you will undertake a full range of generalist HR activities and proactively provide advice and guidance on, and manage employee relations issues such as disciplinary and grievance, absence, performance management and other key HR areas including recruitment, attrition, restructuring, redundancy and redeployment.
Additionally you will lead HR projects and initiatives that are in support of the business strategy and drive well executed change management and organisational design programmes.
This is a really interesting role, with a great remit that would be suitable for a HR professional who has ideally worked in a large multi-site, complex commercial environment.
