Job Description
This role is a superb opportunity for an experienced Group Reward Manager who has operated in a similar role to join a superb company which has branches across the UK, with the role being based in the West Midlands. Working as an integral part of the Human Resources team you will be responsible for leading the delivery of reward and employment law related policies, processes and practices throughout the organisation. Sitting as part of the senior management team the key accountabilities include:
• leadership of the reward team
• managing the reward budget
• project management of reward projects including: annual salary review, management incentives, survey input process, benchmarking exercises etc
• lead on monitoring of legislative change and development of policies to reflect this
• provide specialist reward advice
The ideal candidate will have previously worked as a Group Reward Manager and have experience in managing a small team. Manufacturing experience is not essential for this role although experience working for large blue chip organisations would be advantageous. The Reward team works closely with the Human Resources department.
My client is a Manufacturing company based in the West Midlands.
Salary up to £75,000 + car + benefits.
