HR Advisor £Competitive + Benefits Birmingham city centre An exciting and challenging opportunity has arisen for a CIPD qualified HR Advisor working for a national and highly respected organisation. My company has won numerous awards in regards to best places to work and customer satisfaction. The role: Working as part of a team you will report into the HR Manager, handling a broad range of HR issues including project assignments, recruitment, disciplinary and grievance cases, policies and training & development. The candidate: You will have a solid HR background and have numerous examples of making a difference and achieving targets. The ability to build and maintain relationships with senior colleagues and have an excellent knowledge of Employment Law and legislation. You will have practical experience of leading disciplinary and grievance and performance management issues.
