Job Description

A major West Midlands Local Government are seeking to recruit an Interim Senior Personnel Officer for a 6 month contract at the first instance. The role itself will be to work as part of a number of Senior Personnel Officers who provide advice to Educational institutions on a number of issues, these can range from Employment Law issues, to payment of weekly wages, to providing advice on the Pay and Conditions document. The ideal candidate for this role will have skills in the following areas:- - Employment Law, - IT Literacy, - A firm grasp on the Pay and Conditions document, - Experience in the Education sector would be beneficial, - CIPD is desired but not compulsory.
