Job Description
This role is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Senior Organisational Development Consultant to join a large and forward thinking Human Resources team based in the West Midlands. With a huge importance placed upon Customer Service and on Service Levels within the organisation, the role is technical in nature and is based around projects including:
Behaviours & Attitudes
Development gaps and skills analysis of all employees from front line through to Senior Managers.
Transformation exercises including culture change
Some projects at Group level
The successful candidate will be an experienced Senior Organisational Development Consultant, with extensive project and management skills. You will have worked as both an internal and external Consultant and will be a commercially aware individual. The role is UK wide and some travel to London will be required on a regular basis.
My client is a Service company based in the West Midlands.
Salary up to £80,000 + benefits.
