Role purpose: To motivate and lead the HR Business Support Centre (BSC), setting quality of service standards, delivering exceptional customer service, tangible results and added value to the business. Agree and provide services to the business in accordance with Service Level Agreements, and support Business Partners in meeting customer needs.
Key responsibilities;
Ensure appropriate continuous professional development for the Business Centre teams and enable cross-skilling to provide resilience to meet demands.
Ensure systems are in place, appropriate and continually improved to manage all HR and L&D administration with clear performance parameters.Contribute to the development of the company's corporate strategy and service delivery, particularly by advising on the establishment and management of an HR BSC.
You will require;
Extensive HR generalist experience
Solid exposure to working in large complex HR teams
Extensive management experience in a large complex organisation.
Membership of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development (MCIPD) or actively working towards it.
Develop and maintain an appropriate and effective HR BSC and ensure that its purpose and processes are communicated and implemented throughout the organisation in a way that supports corporate objectives and service delivery.
