Part Time HR Adviser required to provide a professional, effective service as part of the HR team supporting the business needs. You will provide support to the HR Director in developing and implementing HR strategy across the organisation with a particular focus on employee resourcing and relations in addition to more generalist duties.
Responsibilities;
• To provide advice on the interpretation and application of terms and conditions of employment, Commission policies, current legislation and codes of practice, ensuring that good employment practices are maintained and legal obligations are fulfilled.
• Compile and develop working practices, policies, procedures and systems reflecting the company's mission and values to make us an employer of choice.
• Provide advice on pay and reward issues, including undertaking job evaluation exercises in accordance with the identified method.
• Participate in various projects to provide HR guidance and expertise in accordance with company policies.
• Work closely with line managers in the management of performance across the Company, ensuring that employee effectiveness is maximised.
