An exciting opportunity has arisen to work as a Regional HR Advisor, to work within a successful and growing business, with a headcount of over 1500 staff. You will be first point of contact for all HR related issues, covering the Midlands area predominately, however, further travel down South maybe required. Responsibilities: Support the HR Management team in the day to day management of the HR function Provide ER advice and practical guidance to employees e.g disciplinary, grievance, counselling, welfare, performance management and HR polices. Recruitment, Selection and Retention Training and Development Keep up to date with current and impending employment legislation and developments and changes in the internal an external environment and propose changes to current HR policies and practices. Experience; Proven experience of delivering on HR activity, ideally multi site A good working knowledge of employment legislation and best practice Experience of advising managers on polices and procedures Likely to have or working towards CIPD qualifications or equivalent.
