My client is a leading services organisation, who now have a need for an experienced Regional Business Partner to cover sites in the Midlands and South.
Working as a strategic business partner you will work in a multi site capacity covering sites throughout the West Midlands and South of England and so must be flexible to travel.
Ideal candidate will be a proven HR Generalist capable of working at both an operational and strategic level. You will be responsible for identifying opportunities for business improvements and provide advice and guidance on Employee Relations, training and succession planning.
Ideal candidate will be CIPD or Degree qualified and be a proven HR Generalist with exposure to working in a demanding environment. Any experience to working in a multi-site environment would be an advantage.
