My client is looking to recruit a Head of HR to work closely with the business, developing the HR strategy to meet short and long term business plans. Reporting to the HR Partner, this is an excellent opportunity to work closely with the client group, both senior managers and employees, to provide a proactive HR service.
Key responsibilities will include:
Developing the HR strategy
Implementing recruitment, resourcing and retention strategies
Career development planning
Providing employee and management training programmes
Managing employee relations cases and providing HR solutions
Conducting staff appraisals and reviews
Managing sickness and absence
Managing 1 part time HR Assistant
Providing support and advice to partners in all aspects of HR
Ideal candidate will have experience of working at HR Manager level and be looking for their next role with additional experience and responsibility. You will need to have gravitas and excellent communication skills and the maturity to build relationships with the business.
