My client are one of the UK's leading engineering organizations. Now, with significant growth planned across Europe they are now looking to further strengthen the talents of the HR team.
As HR Manager, you'll play a crucial role in this process. Working in a standalone capacity you will manage the site of circa 400 employees. Due to the planned growth of the organization you will have the opportunity to gain experience working internationally.
Ideally CIPD qualified, you will have experience of operating at a senior level and be comfortable dealing with trade unions and employee relations.
You must have experience of working in a unionized environment and have excellent influencing and negotiating skills.
