Position:Regional HR Manager Salary:£35k + Car + Benefits Duration:Permanent Location:West Yorkshire Ref:UK562248 Hudson has an exciting opportunity to recruit for a Regional HR Manager within a large Retail organisation. Purpose To influence the Regional Directors and the wider Operations team to improve performance of the branch teams by offering appropriate interventions to positively maximise cash profit and customer satisfaction. Responsibilities: Operate with an awareness of company strategies when planning and implementing HR activity Support the Regional Directors and General Managers in developing effective branch teams Work with Regional Directors to identify under-performing General Managers and actively manage Recognising and developing high performing talent and coordinating clear succession plans Coach and support General Managers in recruitment and retention practices. Co-ordinate and manage HR projects; benchmarking where appropriate Support branch plans to improve customer satisfaction Understand the industry sector and the needs of the internal/external customer and align HR activity accordingly Establish networking relationships with colleagues Develop cross-functional relationships enabling continuous development of existing and new HR services Establishing development needs and target appropriate interventions Offer constructive feedback/coaching when appropriate Develop an awareness of the impact of change within the organisation Skills/Knowledge/Experience: Multi site experience Solid generalist HR experience Ideally distribution or retail background Strong influencing skills Please note you will receive an automated response advising you that we have received your CV Hudson is a leading provider of permanent recruitment, contract professionals and talent management solutions worldwide
