Experienced HR Advisor with managerial ability required to cover a 12 month contract due to maternity leave. Reporting to the Managing Director and managing a small HR team, the successful candidate will be the first point of contact within the business and externally, in a full and wide ranging generalist role covering all aspects of HR and employee relations whilst assisting on strategy and taking responsibility for departmental budgets.
Candidates should be CIPD qualified and come from a manufacturing background and/or a unionised environment and be highly motivated and used to working in a fast paced environment.
