This is a rare and exciting opportunity to join my Household Name client based in West Yorkshire. As Head of Human Resources, you will provide support to the National HR Director in driving the commercial strategy of the organisation forward. You will be responsible for strategic and change agendas and operational functions including Performance Indicators, Organisational Development, Training & Development and Workforce Planning. You will be able to maximise the capabilities and productivity of others and inspire them to perform by influencing at all levels of the organisation The ideal candidate will have outstanding knowledge and a proven track record in the FMCG sector.
