Are you an experienced HR Advisor/Officer looking to take the next step in your career? My Client is a leading Media & Advertising Company based in Leeds who is seeking a HR Generalist to join their Human Resources Department. Your role will be of a Generalist remit, including: Recruitment Employee Relations including Discipline & Grievance Training & Development Policy & Procedure Performance Management & Reviews Reporting to the HR Manager, you will work alongside the HR Team to support and develop employees and managers and provide HR advice and solutions throughout the business. It is essential that you are CIPD qualified or working towards this qualification, with proven experience within a similar role.
