My client, a International Management Consultancy based in West Yorkshire is looking for a HR Advisor to support their busy Human Resources Department. The nature of the business involves frequent, small-scale take-overs and so the successful candidate will have experience in TUPE transfers and Change Management, with proven ability to sell the company and enforced change to new employees and skilful negotiation of contracts. You will also support the HR Managers on Generalist issues such as: Employee Relations Recruitment Discipline & Grievance Learning & Development. You will ideally be CIPD qualified with previous experience within a similar industry sector. The role will involve some travel to other sites in the region and occasionally overnight stays so you will need a clean driving licence.
