HR Staff Search are working with an public sector organisation in the South Yorkshire area who are looking to appoint an interim HR Advisor for 6 months A successful candidate will be educated to degree level or equivalent and be a corporate member of CIPD. You will have worked, for a significant period of time, in a complex multi-professional organisation and in addition to this solid HR experience, you will possess excellent interpersonal skills, the ability to operate both at operational and strategic levels and the ability to establish immediate credibility at all levels. You will be the expert on Discipline and Griences issues, complex employee relations casework and lead on the implementation of key HR objectives.
