Job Description

A large public sector organisation in the Leeds area are looking for an Interim HR Generalist to cover maternity leave till the end of April 2009. You need to have a strong background in Employee Relations with a hands on operational approach. You will also need experience working within a public sector environment. You will be dealing with Disciplinary and Grievance cases through to dismissal stage and possibly tribunal, therefore previous experience working at this level would be of advantage. There will also be TUPE transfer's in and out of the organisation which you will be fully involved with. This is not an everyday occurrence but you will need to have experience in this area. The organisation is also going through a restructure at present you will be involved with this restructure and experience in organisational change is desirable. If you have a strong operational HR background and are currently seeking your next interim opportunity please respond as soon as possible.
