Job Description

My client is looking to implement an Interim Human resources Advisor to there organisation.The role will include providing advice to both staff and management regarding employment law matters including conditions of employment, performance management and absence. The successful candidate will possess:- Membership of the CIPD, qualified to a minimum of CPP level or working towards Proven experience in generalist HR role with a working knowledge of employment legislation and good practise. Ability to review, develop and implement procedures Effective problem solving and statistical analysis skills Plan and manage workload to meet deadlines In return the organisation will offer: 25 days annual leave plus 3 concessionary days in addition to the statutory bank holidays, a contributory pension scheme and a commitment to training and development.
