Job Description

I am seeking an experienced Interim Senior HR Advisor to work with one of our key clients. The position has arisen due to an increase in workload as the organisation is undertaking Job Evaluation across the board.

They require someone who has a strong Generalist background dealing with such areas as Discipline and Grievances, sickness absence and all other Employee Relations issues. You will need to pick up the workload in this area as other members of the team have been moved to deal with the JE project.

My client is also looking for a candidate who has had experience dealing with, or exposure to harmonisation, pay and grading structures and possibly Job Evaluation, as you may be required to fire fight in this area when required.

This role is for an immediate start and is an initial contract length of 3 months.
