My client is one of the leading care providers in the country and they are looking to recruit a HR Advisor to be based in their Northern Head Office in South Yorkshire.
The role will involve daily travel to all of the sites in the North-West and Yorkshire Region, providing Generalist Human Resource advice to Branch and Operations Managers. It will also include travel to the National Head Office in Bedfordshire once a month.
You will provide advice and support in:
Discipline & Grievance
Recruitment
Employee Relations,
Performance Management
Policies & Procedures
Employment Legislation.
Because of the nature of the business involves frequent acquisitions, it is vital that you have strong experience of TUPE, both in and out and also restructuring.
You will preferably be CIPD qualified, with experience of a multi-site role.
Salary £25-£28,000 + company car
