My client is one of the leading care providers in the country and they are looking to recruit a HR Advisor to cover the North-West and Yorkshire Region. The role will involve daily travel to over 15 branches, providing Generalist Human Resource advice to Managers. It will also include travel to the National Head Office in Bedfordshire once a month. You will provide advice and support in: Discipline & Grievance Recruitment Employee Relations, Performance Management Policies & Procedures Employment Legislation. Because of the nature of the business involves frequent acquisitions, it is vital that you have strong experience of TUPE, both in and out and also Change Management experience. You will preferably be CIPD qualified, with experience roviding a Human Resources service to multiple sites. Salary £25-£28,000 + car To apply, lease contact Sophie Barry on (phone number removed) .
