Job Description

My client is a leading solutions provider to the aviation industry they pride themselves on the services they provide to some of the worlds biggest airlines to make sure there whole fleet is airworthy at all times. They are looking for an experienced Human Resources Manager to be based in their head office in Zurich. This will be a commercial role working closely with the HR Business Partner to ensure the smooth and successful running of the department. The ideal candidate will come from a commercial background and will have shown strong leadership and management skills throughout their career.

Requirements:

Commercial HR background
Experience working for international blue chip companies
Comfortable liasing and developing relationships with Senior Executives
Good spoken German and fluent English
Able to be based in Zurich
Preferrable Experience in the airline industry
