Working for this household Internet firm based in Hamburg to operate as an HR Manager, providing professional generalist HR support to Business Leaders, their management teams and their employees in Germany, Switzerland and Russia
Responsibilities
· Lead and deliver pan EMEA HR Change & Business projects against defined timelines and business targets
· Provide HR Support to aligned business groups
· Accountability for headcount management, attendance at business reviews, coaching of management team and employee issue resolution
· Actively participate and influence the delivery of the people strategy including the development of bespoke HR solutions for business issues
· In conjunction with HR Manager EMEA Team and business leaders deliver a clear and concise talent management and performance strategy DPM
· You will be the key point of contact and key conduit for Recruitment Management in the region, with support from the central Recruitment Team for Europe
PERSON SPECIFICATION
· Generalist HR Experience
· Experience of operating with Works Councils in delivering transformational projects in support of the business
· Proven experience of project management
· Experience of providing HR business partnership to Senior management and Exec level
· Experience of providing HR support across multiple European countries
· Experience of working in a fast paced dynamic environment
· Ability to assess development/training needs
· Graduate level education
· Fluent in German and business English
· HR qualified
· Expert knowledge of German labour law and Works Constitution Act
· Regional and / or pan EMEA experience
