As Practice Leader, you will initially utilise your market knowledge to develop an annual marketing and branding plan, to promote the specialist expertise of Hudson Human Resources across both client and candidate communities.
You will also leverage your business understanding to identify best practice for consultants and promote knowledge sharing across the business.
Ideal candidates will:
• Have commenced their career and have professional qualifications within the Human Resources field
• Currently be operating in a recruitment management role
• Have a desire to impact strategy through leadership and innovation
• Be a clear and confident communicator with strong influencing skills
Location is flexible across the UK & Ireland and packages will reflect the expertise candidates bring to the role.
