Our client is a leading organisation whose range of brands are recognisable instantly on the consumer market place. They are currently looking for a HR Business Partners who will take responsibility for any change management projects within the organisation, a stand alone position you will be responsible for delivering results through the implementation of appropriate people change programmes across the UK and Ireland.
Change management projects could range from culture change, restructuring, consultations, TUPE transfers, large scale HR re-organisations and any internal communications project work.
You will take responsibility for anything change management related and will look to roll out and implement any initiatives as directed by the European Head Office. The role will liaise heavily with internal communications in their European Head Office but will also work closely with the larger HR team to implement any change strategy in the UK and Ireland.
This role will involve some travel to Ireland about once a month so you must be open to this. We are looking for candidates with strong change management experience, TUPE exposure and ideally some exposure to Trade Unions. You will have been involved in large scale restructuring and have excellent employment law knowledge. This role is offered on a 12mth fixed term contract with the view to start pretty much immediately.
