Our client is a leading business to business technology organisation who have been in existence for the past 20 years and have provided some of the most innovative technological advancements in their market place in that time.
They are currently looking for a talented HR Manager to join them for a period of 12mths to cover maternity. The role is very generalist in content, reporting into the HR Director you will get involved in any ER issues, recruitment, some training & development, HR reporting and will manage a small team. The role will also take some responsibility for improving performance across the organisation- performance management will be a big theme for them in the coming months.
They are ideally looking for candidates who have exposure to working within a commercial and driven organisation, ideally you will be part or fully CIPD qualified and have some excellent employment law knowledge.
This is for a pretty immediate start and there will also be a completion bonus at the end of this assignment of up to 5K.
