Are you a HR Generalist Manager and looking for a new role in a buzy, hardworking and fast based organisation in Bedford? If this is the case then read on! My client a niche sales company seeks a strong operational HR Manager for a period of 6 months to - Advise staff and management on day to day HR issues - Review the recruitment policy - Provide training to staff - Write and review policies - Line manage 5 staff - Act as the bridge between the HR director and the staff You would ideally be CIPD qualified, have at least three years commercial experience in HR, be a strong communicator, an effective relationship builder quickly and have a positive work ethic.
