Job Description

I am currently representing a large organisation based in Oxfordshire for a senior generalist HR Manager for a period of 6-9 months on a contractual basis. This role will see you working as part of the senior HR team, representing the department in meetings, conducting disciplinaries, managing grievances, helping out with the recruitment function, writing policies and procedures, advising staff and Management on best HR practice. This role is generalist in its nature but has a weighting towards employee relations You will need to hold a CIPD qualification at a minimum, NHS experience is desirable but non essential for your application.
