I am seeking an interim HR Manager to cover maternity on an interim basis for 9-12 months. Working for a powerful organisation based in Reading, This position is a to deliver a high level of HR service with maximum effective communication. If successful in your application you will be responsible for providing specialist advice on the full spectrum of HR and supporting managers and directors. Experience in the following areas are essential: - HR policy development - Talent management and succession planning - Mergers and acquisitions - TUPE - Organisational change and development - employee relations -Coaching and mentoring colleagues in the HR department In return my client is offering a competitive salary of up to £45k.
