Reporting to the General Manager – European Human Resources, you'll lead the
development of our HR operations creating a positive employee experience, optimising
performance levels, and strengthening our position as employer of choice.
To support over 600 Head Office employees, you and your team will build strong
relationships and credibility with line managers. After all, your input and expertise will
make them more effective. Whilst we expect commercial acumen, if you've worked outside
HR all the better. Other than that, assuming you're CIPD qualified and have the right
technical skills, what really matters is a style and approach that fits perfectly with ours.
