Temp-to-perm opportunity £40k-£45k A large organisation in Buckinghamshire with great ambitions are looking for a deputy HR manager to join their HR function on a Temp-to-perm basis. Already with a key role in the Thames Valley region you could assist them in their move towards excellence. This is an exciting opportunity to lead a small team providing a pro-active HR service to managers and staff. With a central involvement in organisational change issues, It will be your responsibility to provide expert advice and manage a range of complex employee relations issues including disciplinary, grievance and capability. As well as lead responsibility for day to day operational employment activities, you will manage your own employee caseload and help steer the development of HR policies and the department’s longer term strategy.
