Interim HR manager needed within a retail organisation! A large FMCG based in Buckinghamshire are seeking a interim HR Manager to cover a period of maternity leave from the role is a 9 month fixed term contract. This is a great opportunity to have a hands on approach with employee relations, preparing for tribunals and conducting investigations. The Successful candidate will need to have experience of case preparation for tribunal casework. As expected you will need to have up-to date knowledge of employee law. Line managing a team of 3 HR Advisors you will be dealing with a high volume of complex employee relations cases. The ideal candidate will currently be in a retail or distribution environment and be dealing with volume ER. In return they are offering a competitive rate of up to £40,000 and excellent benefits.
