Job Description

I am looking for an enthusiastic HR professional to report into the Divisional HR Manager in a leading business in the UK, known for providing a high standard service to over one million customers across the country.

You will be leading a team of two HR Officers and a HR Administrator. The full remit of HR activity will be covered in a challenging, mainly unionised, environment. Hence you should have commercial HR management experience.

Key areas of responsibility would include:

- Recruiting an Organisation & Development Manager and a HR Training Officer
- Formal grievance and disciplinary process and appeals;
- Advice and guidance of employment legislation and good practice.

You will need to have strong employment law knowledge, be able to pick up project work quickly and to have managed at least a team of 3.
