Job Description
Ideally CIPD qualified, with a generalist operational HR background the role covers responsibility for Employee Relations, sickness absence issues, disciplinaries and grievances, performance management, appraisal processes, and recruitment and selection.
You must have proven HR experience of the above and come from either a Senior HR Advisor or HR Manager background. You must have a can-do attitude and want to work as part of a fast paced, demanding organisation.
