Working within an In-House environment your key role will be to manage a team to deliver recruitment projects across all sectors within this retail company, including Head Office and retail Operations

• Work with field and line management to identify and implement successful plans for Manpower, succession and talent across designated geography within the region
• Arrange & Co-ordinate Recruitment Assessment or Development centres, acting as an assessor as required, and arranging for all candidates to be given quality and feedback and personal attainable development.
• Regularly report back to Regional team and central HR services on the levels of management development activity across the Region, highlighting issues and making recommendations.
• Delivers Leadership programmes as required to enhance and develop management talent within the region and company.

You will be from either a retail, leisure or hospitality background and have managed large recruitment projects successfully.

• Field / Multi site experience would be an advantage
• Knowledge of employment legislation and HR policies and procedures
• Proven experience of developing talent and coaching people
• Experience of dealing with recruitment agencies would be highly desirable
• Proven ability to manage financial budgets
