HR Manager

Salary: Negotiable + Excellent Benefits

Location: Marlow, Buckinghamshire

The Role

• A Generalist hands-on HR position, reporting to the Director International HR first-line HR advisory contact for line managers and employees
• To support line management in all general HR issues, including recruitment, appraisals, disciplinary issues, headcount planning, etc
• Responsibility for HR reporting and administration, e.g. recruitment, training, payroll and salaries etc
• To be responsible for internal communications

The Person

• Be of graduate calibre in any given discipline with a professional and credible approach, with knowledge of work legislation, payroll and social contribution
• A proven HR Generalist having worked within an international company, with demonstrable experience in providing a comprehensive and proactive HR service to Line Management
• Be competent in full HR activities and processes, including reporting
• Customer oriented and able work across disciplines within a matrix organisation; effective and influential communicator, with strong time-management and prioritisation ability
