This expanding Blue chip retailer is seeking a HR Manager to join a dynamic HR team and support all areas of the business. As a HR Manager you will predominately be focussing on Employee Relations and you will be the first port of call for issues for over 1000 employees. You will accountable for HR Advisors therefore previous line management experience would be an advantage and the ability to work in a fast paced retail environment. The suitable candidate would possess solid ER knowledge with the capability to communicate at senior management level and previous multi-site experience. The role has a strong emphasis on the operational aspect and if you thrive in a hand on approach environment then this is the role for you.
