To work as HR Manager with responsibility for own area of the business.

• Identifying and recommending ideas to improve and drive the business forward.
• Working closely with the business in a fast-moving environment, highly commercial and subject to constant change and development.
• Experience of managing recruitment
• Exposure to coaching and learning and development useful.

• Will suit highly motivated, tenacious individual who likes working at pace.
• Reporting to the HRD this role may suit an individual looking for first step into managerial role within HR.
