This leading not-for-profit organisation in Cambridge are looking for an HR Manager to cover a period of maternity leave until February next year. In an ideal world, you will be able to commit on a full time basis until October an then work part time (3 days a week) until February. You'll report to the HR Director and will work within a small and established HR team who are very committed to offering an HR service which is customer focussed, proactive and enables the organisation to achieve its strategic objectives. You will contribute directly to the organisational strategy through HR and will provide advice to managers on employee relations, recruitment and the training and development strategy in particular. There is also the opportunity to lead some very interesting strategic change projects. Flexible working options are available.
