A leading specialist software organisation currently has an exciting opportunity for an HR Manager to join their team based at their new purpose built headquarters in Cambridge. The main purpose of this role will be to provide general HR support to multiple offices within the UK, Sweden and Finland.
The ideal candidate for this role must have previous HR experience supporting the UK and Nordic regions. You will have a strong generalist HR background and be CIPD or degree qualified. You should therefore also be able to deliver a generalist HR service in a hands on capacity and advisory basis for managers and employees.
Key responsibilities include supporting a variety of human resources programmes and policies, including employee relations, compensation and benefits, training and advice and recommendations. You will also have some recruitment responsibility for several locations.
This is a stand alone role and represents a superb opportunity for an HR Manager to further their career with an organisation who prides themselves on their world-class customer service.
