The remit of this role will be to lead the organisations development and delivery of the people' strategy that is required to ensure the highest performance & culture to ensure that the vision and values are embedded across the organisation. You will be CIPD qualified have and built a successful track record in developing human resources strategy, teams and delivering a wide range of people strategies.
