Working as part of the Retail HR team to support the Regional HR Managers in driving solutions which deliver the Retail and HR strategies.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Act as the initial point of contact for all ER, Problem Solving and Performance Management calls referring to Regional Administrators or Managers as and when appropriate ensuring that follow up communication is completed
• In conjunction with the Retail HR Team support the Store and Area Management population with investigation, disciplinary, problem solving, flexible working and long term sick meetings
• Co-ordinate Store closures and the redeployment process for the Brand, conducting consultations, ensuring all paperwork is completed in a timely manner and escalating and concerns to the Retail HR Manager
• Take full responsibility (through the use of weekly conference calls) for managing and distributing weekly logs for ET / LTS / Problem Solving / Performance Management / Flexible Working
• Take full responsibility for managing and distributing weekly vacancy report
• Take full responsibility for analysing quarterly HR Statistical Reports, analysing the data and providing recommendations to the Retail HR Manager
• Take full responsibility for cascading SMART Policies to the Store Management population analysing any training needs and making recommendations to the Retail HR Manager where appropriate
• Support the HR Administrators ensuring the highest standard of administration, communication and service are maintained
• Ensure working relationships with Group ER and Brand HR teams generating a network of contacts throughout the Brand and Group
• Support the preparation and rollout of training initiatives / workshops
• Support Regional HR Managers as and when appropriate in the provision of generalist HR service and provide holiday cover
• Take full responsibility for the Exit Interview process, providing statistical analysis and producing summary reports to communicate key themes and make recommendations where appropriate to the Retail HR Manager
• Support interviews or assessment/developments events e.g. Grads/MT’s/Wave where appropriate
• Assist in conducting first line telephone interviews on key areas / positions / times of year as advised by HR Manager
• Assist in the development of Resourcing and store opening marketing materials
• Undertake ad-hoc project work as set by HR Managers
• Participate in regular communication and updates with Retail team and Resourcing colleagues in other Brands i.e. attend Resourcing and HRO meetings
• Manage own diary and movements to co-ordinate with needs of the business
• Attend Regional Meetings on a quarterly basis to provide Resourcing updates
• Undertake quarterly review of Resourcing process / activities, using the feedback questionnaires to recognize / analyse trends/ areas of development and make recommendations to the Retail HR Manager
