Job Description

Temporary HR manager required by this inspirational charity based in Waterloo/Southwark. Taking responsibility for a small team, the HR manager will take direct responsibility for leading the HR department, recruitment and resourcing, performance management employee relations, compensation and benefits, management information and other projects, to include coordinating the renewal of the charity’s Investors in People status. Applicants will have the CIPD qualification or have equivalent experience with proven experience of the above which includes the implementation of such procedures as disciplinary and redundancy. Candidates must have gained solid, operational recruitment experience, and be able to provide strategic HR advice to senior managers. The ideal candidate will have good knowledge of IiP and direct experience of managing staff. Applicants should be available to start quickly and if you are interested you should apply immediately.
