Our client are a high profile not-for-profit organisation. They require an Interim HR Manager to support the delivery of a professional HR service within the organisation, by providing timely and appropriate HR management advice to staff and managers. The role will be responsible for leading the development, implementation, management and understanding of all HR policies and strategies which support the organisation’s values.
With two direct reports, the HR Manager will have overall responsibility for developing policy, overseeing HR projects, managing employee relations issues and recruitment and selection. They will maintain awareness and knowledge of HR best practice and take responsibility for change management and driving performance. The successful candidate will be Chartered MCIPD or have the equivalent experience, combined with proven ability to plan and implement HR projects. Applicants will have gained experience of enabling and delivering change across an organisation and excellent knowledge of employment law and generalist HR management.
