This is an exciting role for an experienced HR Manager to work within a prestigious multinational company with offices in more than 34 countries around the world. This is an interesting 12 month FTC within a global firm of designers, engineers, and business consultants that has over 10,000 projects running worldwide at any one time.
As the HR Manager you will provide advice and pragmatic solutions to line managers and your client group on a range of HR topics including; employee relations, organisational change, training and development, compensation and benefits, resource planning and succession planning.
As the creative force behind many of the world's most innovative and sustainable designs, this interim role is an opportunity for the successful candidate to be get involved in some high profile interesting and exciting projects on a global scale.
To be considered for this role, you will need to be an experienced HR generalist with a good knowledge of employee relations issues and employment law. You will have had the responsibility of supporting your own client group previously and be comfortable working in a professional services environment. This is an exciting role for an existing HR Manager who oozes credibility and is ideally CIPD qualified.
