Ideally you will be degree qualified and/or CIPD qualified (or equivalent) and will have proven experience as an HR generalist in a commercial or public and private environment. You must have a strong bias towards ER and have experience in TUPE and ideally unions (although union exposure isn't essential). There will be an element of UK travel (once a quarter) and the potential for some international travel over time. Due to business growth, the structure of the business and role will be changing due to ambitious expansion plans so you must be commercially minded and be able to work with ambiguity and change.
