Job Description

An operationally focused HR Manager is sought for my client based in Central London. Reporting into a Senior Manager you will be responsible for delivering a customer focused operational HR service to your designated client base.

You will offer a range of operational expertise around change management, restructuring, recruitment and employee relations as well as Learning & development. You will be based from London but also provide support to a regional office, which may involve some travel.  Your approach is of great importance - you will enjoy working in a consultative and coaching style, helping to develop line managers as well as HR colleagues.

Your CV will demonstrate a solid range of skills including ER, change, TUPE and broad employment law knowledge. Part or Membership of CIPD is highly desirable and you must have experience of working within the Public Sector.
