An operationally focused HR Manager is sought for my client based in Central London. Reporting into a Senior Manager you will be responsible for delivering a customer focused operational HR service to your designated client base. You will offer a range of operational expertise around change management, restructuring, recruitment and employee relations as well as Learning & development. You will be based from London but also provide support to a regional office, which may involve some travel. Your approach is of great importance - you will enjoy working in a consultative and coaching style, helping to develop line managers as well as HR colleagues. Your CV will demonstrate a solid range of skills including ER, change, TUPE and broad employment law knowledge.
