One of the UK's leading charitable organisations are looking for an assistant HR Manager to work on a part-time basis.
Based in the City, and reporting into the HR Manager, the assistant HR Manager will be responsible for providing a proactive HR service to the south region covering two business units.
Responsibilities will include:
- Supporting the Human Resources Manager in the provision of a proactive HR support service to the business
- Providing clear and accurate advice, as required, to managers on a range of employee relations issues, such as discipline, capability, grievance and absence management.
- Working with key managers in maintaining compliance in matters related to performance management.
- Assisting and support the HR Manager with preparation and planning for ad hoc briefings or specific management skills training.
- Attending meetings or other events on behalf of the HR Manager.
This is a fantastic opportunity for any HR Officer or HR Advisor who is looking for a challenging role working on a part-time basis. In addition to a broad generalist HR background which will include extensive end-to-end HR case management experience, the successful applicant will require exceptional relationship building and relationship management skills.
This is a permanent jobshare (18.75hrs)
Wednesday afternoon, Thursday and Friday.
